I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances or schedule changes. As much as I strive to accommodate my clients, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can have a significant impact on me and my availability to other clients. In all fairness to me and my clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. 48-Hour Notice
I kindly request that any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients.
2. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees
For any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.
3. Emergencies and Special Circumstances
I understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. If you find yourself in an unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from giving sufficient notice or attending your scheduled appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. 4. Illness & Exposure
If you are sick, showing symptoms of illness or have been exposed to someone who is sick or showing symptoms of illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
5. Rescheduling Options
In cases where you need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I will do my best to accommodate you within a reasonable timeframe. However, please note that my availability may be limited.
6. Payment and Fee Collection
Cancellation fees will be applied to the original form of payment used to secure the appointment. If a cancellation fee is due, it must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. Failure to settle the fee may result in the inability to book future sessions.
I highly value my clients and their commitment to their health and well-being. It's equally important for me to uphold professionalism and fairness to both my clients as well as myself. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
