I am a Certified Advanced Rolfer and fascia specialist and offer an integration of postural analysis, hands-on bodywork, movement education, and take-home instruction to help heal injuries and facilitate long-term relief from chronic aches and pains.

Manual fascial manipulation and movement education facilitate a fundamental shift in the body’s alignment so it can rediscover freedom and pain-free movement. Multiple sessions allow an unwinding of default holding patterns that the body has grown accustomed to over time.

As a Certified Advanced Rolfing Structural Integration practitioner, I utilize advanced bodywork techniques, ergonomic-focused adjustments, and movement awareness exercises that can be integrated into both your fitness regimen as well as your work and home life.

Your sessions can be a single, focused treatment or a series of sessions to work with a particular pattern or issue.  Classically, the Rolfing process involves a series of ten sessions.  This process is a way of addressing the whole body for integrated alignment and optimal movement. The ‘ten-series recipe’, as it is known, is a unique and powerful approach to transforming your structure so it becomes adaptable, flexible, and free of chronic tension.
